These oysters grow in Spinney Creek, right outside the door of our Maine faclity. The Howell family hand harvest these special oysters by diving. Although the oysters are of eclectice sizes and shapes they have the nicest, plumpest meats we have seen this year. They have a sweet, clean, salty flavor that fades into a refined cupric finish.
